Mrs. Mary Edna Grice Segrest, 76, of Beaumont passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

A Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Segrest will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, located at 1047 Gladys Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701, with burial to follow at Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home.  A public viewing will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Mercy Funeral Home from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.  Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Viola Grice.

Mary’s love and memories shall remain in the hearts of her children, Terrence Segrest, Jaime Segrest, Carolyn Segrest, and Ilay Segrest;  her sister, Volena Chatman (Michael Sr.) and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
