May Dell Blaney, 84, was born on January 15, 1941, in Washington, La., to Dallas and Elzina Frank and was the fourth of 10 children.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 9 a.m., and funeral service at 11 a.m., at True Light Missionary Baptist Church, Elder David C. Blaney officiating. Burial will follow in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of King’s Funeral Home.
