Glen Huey Craig, age 89, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the Calcutta House in Lafayette. 

Mr. Craig was a native of Lake Charles where he was a parishioner of St. Theodore Catholic Church and a current resident of Carencro. A veteran of the military, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Craig enjoyed woodworking and hunting. He was a college football fanatic, especially LSU athletics and watching NASCAR. 

Survivors include two daughters, Kim Michelle LeBlanc (Christopher Meyers) and Anne Robichaux (Larry Sr.); two grandchildren, Corey Craig (Truly) and Ashley Lyles (Andrew); six great-grandchildren, Parker, Kennedy, Karlie, Kaden, Oakley, and Rainee; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Waiting for him at Heaven’s gates is his wife of 64 years who recently passed away on April 16, Carolyn Craig; his parents, John Craig and Chlorine Mixon Craig; two brothers, Paul J. Craig and H. Donnell Craig and his wife, Brenda.
