Celebration of Life Services for Joyce Lee Dugar-Andrus will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2024, at Union Baptist Church, 1014 S. Main Street in Jennings, La.  Pastor Rev. Gerald W. Perkins Sr. will officiate.  Visiting will be in the church from 9 a.m. until the time of services.  Burial will follow in the Mermentau Memorial Cemetery in Mermentau, La. under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, La.
