Armed Robbery Update

News Release

On August 8th, 2018 at approximately 6:19pm, Detectives received a call from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department advising that two subjects walked into the Sheriff’s Department to turn themselves in.  Lake Charles Police Department’s  SWAT Team transported both subjects to the Lake Charles Police Department. 

Detectives met both subjects and arrested both for the armed robbery of 520 East Prien Lake Road, the Circle K.

Arrested: Chance O’Neal Duncan, black male, 21 years of age, date of birth: 11-10-1996, address: 815 18th Street, Lake Charles, La. –   Charges: Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery with a firearm-  Bond: $200,000 dollars issued by Judge David Ritchie

 Arrested: Jaquaylon Marquise Guillory, black male, 21 years of age, date of birth: 9-13-1996, address: 211 Louie apt 74, Lake Charles, La.   Charge: Armed Robbery-  Bond: $150,000 dollars issued by Judge David Ritchie

On August 6th, 2018 at approximately 11:56 P.M., the Lake Charles Police Department responded to an armed robbery at 520 East Prien Lake Road, the Circle K.  The initial investigation revealed that two unidentified black male suspects entered the store and demanded money.  One of the suspects produced a firearm and pointed it at the clerk.  The suspects removed cash from the register and fled the scene.””

Jaquaylon Marquise Guillory and Chance O’Neal Duncan turned themselves in on charges of armed robbery.
