UPDATE: Authorities investigate department store ‘Peeping Tom’

Arrested Allen Tezeno

On Tuesday, September 18<sup>th</sup>, 2018 at approximately 10:39 A.M., officers with the Lake Charles Police Department received a complaint in reference to a Peeping Tom. 

The incident occurred the previous day at a local business located in the 3400 block of Derek Drive.  

Investigation revealed on September 17<sup>th</sup>, 2018 at 3:29 P.M. the victim entered the dressing room of a store to try on clothing.

Shortly after entering the dressing room area, the suspect peered underneath the fitting room door at the victim who was dressing. As a result the victim became frightened and screamed. 

The suspect then fled the store in at a rapid pace, traveling in an unknown direction.

The suspect’s identity is unknown at this time and this investigation is still ongoing.

On Thursday October 11, 2018, the day following the media release on this case, an individual contacted Detective Garrett Graham regarding the incident. The caller was later identified as Allen Ryan Tezeno.  Following a subsequent interview with Mr. Tezeno, he was placed under arrest for Peeping Tom.  He was then transported to Calcasieu Correctional Center for processing and confinement on that charge.  

Arrested: Allen Ryan Tezeno, Black Male, 32 years of age, from Iowa, La.
