Man charged with Indecent behavior with a juvenile
<p class="p1">Jeff Davis Parish detectives made an arrest today of a fugitive wanted for Indecent behavior with a juvenile. The eleven year old victim reported in June 2017 that she was touched inappropriately by her step-father. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s detectives initially investigated the case, along with Child advocacy Center counselors until they discovered the offenses occurred in Jefferson Davis. Roger Dale Flores II, 30, of 21259 South Frontage Road, Lot 15, Iowa, LA was apprehended after a lengthy search for him in several locations around the state of Louisiana. Flores was booked in the parish jail today on 1 count of Indecent behavior with a juvenile(Felony) and held with no bond.
