1/10: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Kody Andre Boutte, 27, New Iberia — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); obstruction of justice.

Jerrell Joseph Colbert, 28, Martinville — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of presence of CDS; two counts drug possession; obstruction of justice; driving on roadway laned for traffic; aggravated flight from an officer; no driver’s license.

Darion Jay Anderson, 22, 1205 15th St. — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense.

Marlon Joseph Harmon, 50, 309 Calcasieu St. — five counts simple battery; two counts simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; aggravated flight from an officer three counts attempted simple burglary.

Shannon Kay Dupuis, 51, 7618 Tarpon Drive — failure to report the commission of certain felonies. Bond: $7,000.

Lee Andrus Garlow, 74, 2202 E. Mill St. — sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; four counts drug possession; obstruction of justice.

Malcolm Jarmam Rhodes, 27, 1621 Winterhalter St.  — unlawful presence of a sex offender; failure to comply with provisions of supervised release. Bond: $100,000.

Christopher James Tomplait, 33, 925 Brandi St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Marquez Joshua Frank, 19, 1324 Hodges St. — aggravated assault upon a peace officer with a firearm. Bond: $150,000.

Nathaniel Seth Bonnette, 21, Roanoke — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; four counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Caleb Damon Barfield, 43, 1700 Mignonette Lane — four counts drug possession; two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; two counts illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; money laundering; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly Rene Breaux, 30, 1700 Mignonette Lane —  two counts drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS.
