1/21: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

James Joesph Britt, 33, 426 Jefferson Drive — direct contempt of court; two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $5,500.

Derrick Wayne Brown, 36, 7950 Clearview Drive No. 19 — maximum speed limit; driver must be licensed; four counts drug possession; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia Bond: $10,120.

Krisshatta Nicole Esclovon, 34, 1107 8th St. — domestic abuse battery.

Loren Michael Williams, 48, 4510 Opelousas St. — domestic abuse battery.

Kelvin Scott Field, 31, 105 Murphy Drive No. 1/2, Vinton — misdemeanor sexual battery; domestic abuse battery, strangulation; telephone communications/improper language/harassment; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; sexual battery; stalking.

Adrian Yausel Hernandez-Palaez, 28, Houston — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts bank fraud. Bond: $32,000.

Jaylond Demond Geary Jackson, 27, 6735 U.S. 90 East — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; drug possession.

Devonte Jermaine Glodd, 26, 1813 7th St. — violations of protective orders. Bond: $7,500.

Edwin Jerome Landry, 47, 1920 6th St. — two counts violations of protective orders; harassing phone calls.

Brittany Michaela Sanders, 19, 2331 Dolphin Drive — aggravated battery. Bond: $7,500.

Joseph Claude Batiste, 56, 1204 Sabinas Drive, Vinton — resisting an officer; six counts direct contempt of court; stalking; two counts simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000.

Daryn Alice Fontenot, 29, 3209 Hillery Drive — two counts drug possession.

Brent Wayne Delino, 34, Orange, Texas — unlawful presence of a sex offender.

Quindell Anfernee Edwards, 24, 514 S. Franklin St. ­— criminal mischief; theft of a motor vehicle from $5,00 but less than $25,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft less than $1,000; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; driver must be licensed.
