10/3: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jason Peyton Murphy,  23, 3383 Benoit Road — resisting a police officer with force or violence; two counts illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; two counts theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; unauthorized entry of a place of business. Bond: $87,500.

Heather Nicole Hanson, 32, 600 Starlin St. Apt. 104C, Sulphur — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; obtaining by false representation of leased moveables. Bond: $17,000.

Jamey Jay Simon, 28, 8223 La. 101, Hayes — simple arson. Bond: $10,000.

Issac Wayne Mullins, 21, 2704 Whittington Road, Westlake — obscenity. Bond: $15,000.

Kirk Wayne August, 44, 710 N. Lyons St. — illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000; seven counts direct contempt of court.

Monasha Joy Eddie, 27, 413 N. Adams St. — two counts simple burglary; theft of a firearm; theft of a firearm. Bond: $50,000.

Danthony Rashad Grant, 32, 210 Jackson St., DeQuincy — four counts direct contempt of court; domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; five counts battery of a police officer; three counts battery of emergency room personnel, emergency services personnel or a health care professional.

Belinda Lee Tesko, 54, 1753 Meadow Lark Lane, Vinton — theft from $25,000 or more; exploitation of the infirmed; bank fraud; forgery; direct contempt of court. Bond: $50,000.

Xavier Paul Buckner, 29, 2141 Country Club Road No. 8 — cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $20,000.

Logan Todd Areno, 27, 4102 Center St. — domestic abuse battery.
