4/10: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Robert Lee Mouton, 44, 1919 6th St. — operating while intoxicated, first offense; drug possession. Bond: $5,500.

Michael Brent Williams, 42, 344 Vanessa Ave. — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; forgery. Bond: $5,000.

George Frederick Rohrbeaugh, 56, 772- Effie Nina Way — domestic abuse battery; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense.

Suzanna Lurah Cathey-Ford, 48, 1815 N. Claiborne St., Sulphur — violations of protective orders.

Susan Gaye Nicks, 48, 1701 Stevenson St., Vinton — cruelty to juveniles; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse battery.

Carlton Jerod Frank, 28, 4016 Ernest St. — second-degree battery. Bond: $40,000.

Brian Keith Solana II, 26 535 Menard Road, Sulphur — cruelty to juveniles; simple assault; public bribery. Bond: $57,000.

Kathryn Mae Barber, 36, 2531 Carlo Henry Road — domestic abuse battery.

Blayne Kyle Smith, 30, 120 Cherokee St., Kinder — three counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited.

Nathan Lee Brown, 24, 211 Doe Road, Ragley — violations or protective orders; resisting an officer by flight. Bond: $9,000.

Mason Channing Morgan, 23, 184 Guillory Loop, Oberlin — operating while intoxicated, third offense; general speed law; driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating vehicle while license is suspended; secretary to require periodical inspection; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Bond: $36,000.

Meagan Renee Cain, 31, 3550 Carlyss Drive No. 61 — two counts domestic abuse battery. Bond: $7,500.

Joseph Gilbert Benjamin II, 42, Dixy Drive — two counts simple burglary; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal possession of stolen things less than $1,000; three counts direct contempt of court; criminal trespass; resisting an officer; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

Randy Louis Duncan, 46, 1604 8th Ave. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; direct contempt of court.
