The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jesse Ross Dupin, 26, 1618 11th St. — aggravated flight from an officer; obstruction of justice; operating a vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $56,600.

Dillon Collums, 33, Gillsville, Ga. — unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; indecent behavior with juveniles; obscenity; disturbing the peace.

Devin Devon Lawrence, 29, Lafayette — two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; two counts theft from $5,00 but less than $25,000; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; three counts simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; two counts theft of a firearm; three counts simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; parole detainer.

John Dennis Gibson, 66, Plano, Texas — bank fraud. Bond: $25,000.

Jack T. Watkins Jr.,  64, 3478 Kingfisher Drive, Moss Bluff — obscenity. Bond: $45,000.

Deborah Conway Welcome-Baker, 65, 513 Reid St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Rico Paul Guillory Jr., 21, 1023 9th Ave. — drug possession; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments-committing a crime of violence or CDS violation; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; money laundering. Bond: $22,000.

David Wesley Wilkins, 34, Shreveport — direct contempt of court; operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; ignition interlock device offenses; operating vehicle while license is suspended; careless operation. Bond: $52,700.

Willie Lee Monceaux Jr., 47, 791 N. Claiborne St., Sulphur — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; driving on roadway laned for traffic. Bond: $6,600.
