LC police looking for theft suspects

News Release

Lake Charles police are requesting assistance in identifying two white males driving a white Ford F-150 Lariat pick-up truck who entered a business in the 2900 block of Common Street and stole dog kennel fence panels.

Lt. Richard Harrell said the men, driving the same truck, also stole rims and tires off of a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban parked at a business in the 2700 block of Power Center Parkway and a Honda push mower from a business in the 500 block of East Prien Lake Road.

Harrell said the truck appears to be a 1997-2003 (see photo right) four-door model with a darker color along the bottom.

He said the truck has a dark bug guard on the front of the hood and a one piece, white, fiberglass bed cover.

Anyone with information can call Det. Kirt Farquhar at 491-1456 ext. 5322 or 491-1520 or email kfarquhar@cityoflc.us
