James Joseph Fabela, 39, Jasper, Texas — speeding, driving under suspension, open container, improper lane use, restricted tire equipment, reckless operation.
Joseph Martin Harlan, 51, Benton — simple battery, disturbing the peace by public intoxication.
Kevin Dwayne Noel, 39, Martha Street — bench warrant, contempt of court, synthetic-drug possession, drug paraphernalia.
Troy Jay Schwarz, 41, Lori Lane, Sulphur — bench warrant, contempt of court, synthetic-drug possession, drug paraphernalia.
