April Darnell Vital, 45, 618 Fournet St. — direct contempt of court; drug possession; aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; disturbing the peace. Bond: $23,000.

Ross Joseph Lejeune, 43, Iota — theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; criminal conspiracy. Bond: $50,000.

Philip James Moore, 47, 3889 Hobbins Road, Vinton — aggravated second-degree battery; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Amecca Joann Janice, 27, 1502 Nichols St., Vinton — bank fraud; direct contempt of court. Bond: $10,000.

Caleb Antonio Colado, 21, 819 W. Burton St., Sulphur — two counts battery of a dating partner-strangulation; false imprisonment.

Anthony James Nalbone, 43, Slidell — drug possession; resisting an officer; obstruction of justice; misrepresentation during booking; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.

Terry Joseph Landry, 37, 209 Catalina St. Apt. A — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-second offense. Bond: $60,000.

Jamel Javon Valerie, 35, 2770 Power Centre Parkway — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; aggravated flight from an officer; obstruction of justice; careless operation; operating vehicle while license is suspended; evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle. Darrell Andre Simmons, 47, 3619 Texas St. No. 113 — drug possession; obstruction of justice; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more); criminal trespass. Bond: $8,000.
