Margarette (Mitchell) Guion, 100, passed away on March 17, 2025.

Margarette’s legacy will be carried on by her three daughters, Clara Cooper (Ralph) of Houston, Texas, Janie Guion, and Linda Butler of Lake Charles; her son, John Guion of Lake Charles; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren; two Godchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 in Mt. Calvary B.C. Visitation is Saturday at 9 a.m. under the direction of Stevens’ Funeral Home.
