SW La. school lunch menus March 17-21

The following menus for March 17-21 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Chili, cornbread bowl, saltine crackers, pinto beans, mixed vegetables, orange wedges, apricots.

TUESDAY: Chicken fajitas, taco sauce or guacamole, Spanish rice, whole-kernel corn, refried beans, grapefruit, pears.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, garden salad, blueberries, pineapple tidbits.

THURSDAY: Jambalaya, lima beans, mustard greens, banana, applesauce, brownie bite.

FRIDAY: Baked catfish, French fries, yam patty, apple slices, peaches, Rice Krispies treat.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft-filled bar, banana, pineapple rings with cherries.

TUESDAY: Oatmeal, hash brown, pears, dried cranberries.

WEDNESDAY: Biscuit, breakfast chicken patty, blueberries, peaches, yogurt with graham crackers.

THURSDAY: Scrambled eggs, toast with jelly, grapefruit, fruit cocktail.

FRIDAY: Bagel and cream cheese, banana, apple slices.

MONDAY: Cheeseburger, potato rounds, sandwich salad cup, peaches.

TUESDAY: Chicken quesadilla, red beans, taco salad cup, applesauce, whole grain sugar cookie.

WEDNESDAY: Pigs in a blanket, carrots, green beans, pears.

THURSDAY: Chicken spaghetti, broccoli, corn, orange wedges, bread stick.

MONDAY: Whole grain pancakes, pears.

TUESDAY: Ham and cheese roll, fruit medley.

WEDNESDAY: Waffle dunkers, yogurt, orange wedges.

THURSDAY: Cinnabuns, peaches.

MONDAY: Street tacos, ranchero beans, salsa cup, Mandarin oranges, blueberries, shamrock cookies.

TUESDAY: Corn dogs, roasted potato wedges, side salad, grape tomatoes, sweet fruit mix.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, seasoned green beans, side salad, Italian roll, peaches.

THURSDAY: Beef meatballs and gravy, rice, black-eyed peas, mustard greens, honey wheat roll, oranges.

FRIDAY: Broccoli and cheese soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, mixed vegetables, celery sticks, peaches and blueberries.
