Earl Joseph Pete Jr., 38, 2903 Bank St. — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; four counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); bicycle reflectors. Bond: $9,100

James Alexander Myles, 47, 1601 Cactus Drive — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Calista Jenee Winfrey, 22, Orange, Texas — trafficking of children for sexual purposes; contributing to delinquency of juveniles, sexually immoral act.

Kevondric Jeriod Fezia, 25, Beaumont, Texas — trafficking of children for sexual purposes.

Kearrius Ashton McGuire, 24, 1009 Louisa Drive, Sulphur — direct contempt of court; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order prohibited; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS.

Tyler Gerard Pete, 23, 2145 Wild Flowers Drive — two counts direct contempt of court; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order prohibited; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; aggravated flight from an officer; resisting an officer; operating vehicle while license is suspended; switched license plate.

Lashawnda Ann Guillory, 41, 137 Big Woods-Starks Road, Starks — domestic abuse battery.

Derrick Chance Arnaud, 31, 4314 La. 1256 No. 79, Sulphur — operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; operating while intoxicated, third offense.

Jonathan James Eubanks, 39, 2234 Plainview Drive — unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; simple assault; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); certain activities regarding contraband in penal insitutions prohibited. Bond: $6,500.

Toni Cartez January, 22, 110 Live Oak Drive, Iowa, La. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $75,000.

Claiborne Lawrence Bergeron, 60, 511 Goss Road, Westlake — two counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle; vehicle not registered; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts direct contempt of court.

Brandon Lee Hyatt, 29, 624 S. Goodman Road — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

Dillon David Ward, 23, 616 Hobson St., Westlake — simple battery; theft less than $1,000; three counts drug possession.

Nickolas James Everett, 25, 805 Topsy Road No. 30, Moss Bluff — resisting a police officer with force or violence; domestic abuse battery; battery of a police officer.

Michael Nason Bower, 33, 450 Hardwood Drive, Moss Bluff — operating while intoxicated, first offense; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bond: $21,000.
