• All Calcasieu Parish School Board schools and facilities will now be closed through Wednesday, Jan. 22, due to the winter weather. As this storm develops and district staff members are able to assess buildings, updates will be provided as to the status of school on Thursday, Jan. 23.
• Allen Parish schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday due to the weather conditions. Officials are closely monitoring conditions for the remainder of the week.
• Jeff Davis Parish schools will remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday due to the weather conditions. Officials will continue to monitor the weather conditions for the remainder of the week.
• Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School will be closed on Wednesday.
• McNeese will move to online course delivery and remote work on Tuesday and Wednesday due to hazardous weather conditions forecasted to move into the area. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to monitor their McNeese email, the website and official social media channels as well as local news outlets for further updates.
• Beauregard Parish students will have virtual instruction on Wednesday and all School Board facilities will be closed.
