Ralph Wallace Goodrich

Ralph Wallace Goodrich, 87, of Sulphur, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024. He was born to his late parents, Homer and Cleo Goodrich on Dec. 24, 1936 in Carlyss, La. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army where he served our country for 20 plus years. In his younger years, he enjoyed doing rodeo and fishing. Also, throughout his life music was very important to him, especially playing the guitar. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, who he loved very much.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Ashe; two sons, Homer Goodrich (Darlene) of Courtland, Va., and Scott Goodrich (Colleen) of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Roxanne Caudle of Suffolk, Va., and Debbie McCormick (Mike) of Clarksville, Tenn., along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Peggy Guidry.

 A Celebration of Ralph’s life will be held at the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Jennings, La. on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025 at 12:30 p.m.
