The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Kenneth Ray Dugar, 53, 2402 9th St. — operating while intoxicated, second offense; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,200.

Freddie Warren Johnson, 66, 1122 W. Verdine St., Sulphur — three counts drug possession; direct contempt of court. Bond: $7,500.

Richard Craig Miller Jr., 43, 272 Kassy Lane, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Elvin Bryant Jinks Jr., 57, 504 E. Burton St., Sulphur — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $70,000.

Jerome Anthony Daisy, 66, 704 Armstrong St. Apt. A — direct contempt of court; two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapon during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $73,000.

Todd Allen Boyer, 39, 220 Center St., Vinton — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator

Christopher James Isaac, 52, 515 LeBato St. — theft less than $1,000; two counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession; organized retail theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $19,500.

Kurt Anthony Anderson, 43, 1110 Opelousas St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.
