12/16: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Tara Lyn Daigle, 33, 902 N. Crocker St., Sulphur — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; probation violation. Bond: $52,500.

Charlie J. Moore, 67, 333 Mill St. No. 301 — terrorizing.

Jayden Chance Fontenot, 18, 6129 Adel St. — encouraging or contributing to child delinquency, dependency or neglect; domestic abuse battery.

Amber Renee Kellogg, 37, 1838 Rena St. No. 244 — direct contempt of court; domestic abuse battery.

Jaida Shadawn Walker-Evans, 23, 1141 Mosswood Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000.

Waylen Traeon Fontenot, 28, 1838 3rd St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $35,000.

Robert Lynn Montgomery, 53, 1563 Noelie St., Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; simple battery; issuing worthless checks $5,000 or more, but less than $25,000.

James Keith Harrell, 31, 6859 Tom Hebert Road — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

Deanna Cormier Theriot, 45, 2899 Sugarloaf Drive No. 189 — theft less than $1,000; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden. Bond: $7,000.

Daniel Ray Rome, 48, 2610 Elms St. — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Earl Joseph Bellard, 52, 1709 3rd St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; pedestrians on highways or interstate highways; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); flight from an officer.
