Justin Jamar Duncan, 36, 2402 E. Mill St. — resisting an officer; public intimidation and retaliation; drug possession; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; disturbing the peace; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; obstruction of justice. Bond: $42,00.

Joshua Craig Litterial Espree, 34, 906 Alamo St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; criminal trespass; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.

Michael Anthony Henson, 36, 302 Orrin St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; criminal trespass.

Onjelette Victoria Reed, 31, 201 Arlington Drive — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; criminal trespass.

Jahvon Laval Gallien, 38, 1606 16th St. — direct contempt of court; parole detainer; bicycle lamps, reflectors; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $25,100.

Gabriel Brannon Williams, 24, 155 East Parkway No. 3 — obstruction of justice; failure to report the commission of certain felonies. Bond: $22,000.

Cornell Lynn Trahan, 50, 3614 E. Burton St., Sulphur — sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; two counts drug possession. Bond: $89,000.

Richard Zamora, 55, Texas — 12 counts direct contempt of court; residential contractor fraud $25,000 or more; issuing worthless checks $5,000 or more, but less than $25,000; contractor-misapplication of payments prohibited over 1,000; exploitation of the infirmed.

Jerrell Anay Edwards, 28, New Roads — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

Dawson Jerome Oliver, 44, 1045 Walters St. — aggravated assault with a firearm.

Cynthia Renee Stevenson, 56, 2440 Griffin St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault child endangerment; domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Matthew Ryan Jouett, 29, 116 Benoit Lane, Sulphur — bicycle lamps, reflectors; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order.

Phillip Darrel Stanley, 72, 4972 Cupples Road, Starks — unlawful use of emergency 911; resisting an officer; threatening a public official. Bond: $11,500.

Eric Dehart, 45, 664 Arsene LeBleu Road — violations of protective orders.

Gil Pagan, 48, Highlands, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $7,500.
