Margie Ann Thibodeaux, 86, of Lake Charles, passed away Sunday, Oct. 6, 2024 in Lake Charles.  Her memorial service will be Saturday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.

Margie loved bird- watching and was an avid McNeese football fan.  

She is survived by two daughters, Jackie Beam and husband Jeff, and Vanessa Heuvelman and husband Todd; six grandchildren, Alex Bennett and husband Mason, Cody Barnhart and wife Erica, Shelby Snyder and husband Matthew, Kayla Evey, Grant Soileau, and Wyatt Soileau; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents, Sam Baron and Rosa Lee Whitten; daughter, Rosalyn Hope Thibodeaux; father of her children, Jacques “EJ” Thibodeaux; and longtime companion, Fred J. Thomas.
