A Kinder man has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Allen Parish Sheriff’s Office Detective Matthew Hebert said his office received a complaint on Sept. 19 in regards to a family member being in possession of potential pornography involving juveniles or child porn.

Hebert said detectives launched an investigation in the allegations and determined that Isaac Luce, 30, was in possession of pornography involving juveniles, and was using his cellular device to view the images of persons under the age of 18.

Detectives located Luce at his residence, placed him under arrest and charged him with one count of pornography involving juveniles.

Luce is currently in custody and awaiting a bond hearing.
