9/18: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Arron Bryon Young, 36, 2425 Conoco St. — proper equipment required on vehicles; aggravated flight from an officer; driver must be licensed; evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle; restrictions as to tire equipment; expired drivers license; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order; obstruction of justice.

Dorian Devon Malbreaux, 32, 1432 Commercial St. — four counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more); possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; obstruction of justice; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; operating vehicle while license is suspended; no proof of insurance. Bond: $147,300.

Marcus James Mitchell, 48, 1204 Clover Drive — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $160,000.

Dametrius Lavon Jones, 33, 121 W. LaGrange St. — domestic abuse battery.

Jacaro Bailey, 33, 2322 Fitzenreitter Road — battery of a police officer; battery of emergency room personnel, emergency services personnel or a health care professional; pedestrians on highways or interstate highways. Bond: $17,600.

Christopher Lynn Freeman, 24, 3601 Truman St. — direct contempt of court; two counts drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $30,000.

David Freeman Sr., 52, 3601 Truman St. — two counts direct contempt of court; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission or a crime or in presence of CDS.

Charles William Aldridge, 57, homeless — simple battery; indecent behavior with juveniles.

Joseph Figueroa, 26, 1008 Fall St. — aggravated battery; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
