Phil was preceded in passing by his father, J Nolan Vincent; his beloved son, Major Jeffery Vincent; his sister, Anne Martin; and his brother-in-law, William “Bill” (Sweet William) Traylor.
He was fiercely proud of his son, Jeff, a graduate of American University (Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies), Georgetown University (Masters of Business Administration), and a Law Degree from Harvard Law School.
