Danna Marie Wilson, 49, a resident of Iowa, La. passed from this life on July 22, 2024, in the comfort of her home.

Danna will be forever remembered as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and devoted friend. She had a heart of gold and was generous to a fault. She took great pride and joy in celebrating those she loved and their accomplishments. Danna was a foodie and enjoyed spending her time outdoors, gardening, fishing, and relaxing under the gazebo and was always up for a day of thrifting. She loved her canine companions, Rosie and Little Girl.

Ms. Wilson is preceded in death by her father, Rudolph Lester Wilson;  mother, Catha Darlene Newman, and stepfather, Ralph Robert Newman Jr.

Danna is survived by her three children, Brooke Palombo and her husband, Patrick, Bradley Bertram, and Barrett Bertram; her grandson, Briggs Guillory, and granddaughter on the way, Poppy Palombo; sisters, Gloriana Wilson and Trudy Wilson and her boyfriend, Matthew Ecklund; brother, Richard Wilson; Danna’s Fiancé, Billy Miller; her best friend, Tory Ceaser, and her loving friend, Tory Guillory, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 9 a.m. until time of service in the Sanctuary of Livingway Pentecostal Church. A celebration of life will follow at 11 a.m.
