Funeral Service for Kenneth W. Payne, 59, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024 in Willow Springs Baptist Church. Visitation is Saturday 10 a.m. under the direction of Stevens’ Funeral Home. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Kendrick (Amber) Payne; two daughters, Octavia Jasmine and ShaKelia (Anthony) McFadden; mother, Vera J. Payne; one sister, Kenya Payne Cowen six grandchildren; two half-sisters, Ramona Gary and Amanda Baker; grandfather, Morris Prater and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
