John Raymond LeBlanc, 77, of Lake Charles passed away in his residence on March 21, 2024, with his family beside him, whom he loved deeply.

John worked for Olin Chemicals for 29 years before retiring. He then decided to work alongside his wife, as a Calcasieu Parish Special Education Bus Aid until his final retirement.

John is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy Manuel LeBlanc; his sons; Raymond LeBlanc (Tammy), Wayne LeBlanc (Kadi), Charles LeBlanc (Tammy), and Brandon LeBlanc (Heidi); 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Elaine Blackwell.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence LeBlanc; his mother, Mary LeBlanc; his son, Adam LeBlanc, and his brother, Kenneth LeBlanc.

Per his request, a cremation will be officiated under direction of Johnson’s Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
