Funeral services for Mr. Terry Lynn LeJeune, 57, of Jennings, will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Wayne Chapman officiating.  

Visitation for Mr. LeJeune will begin on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 3 p.m. and will continue until the 9 p.m. closing hour.  A rosary will be recited by Deacon Wayne Chapman at 6 p.m.  Visitation will resume on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. and continue until the 11 a.m. service with cremation to follow. 

Mr. LeJeune was born on Dec. 11, 1966, in Jennings to Loydson “Loyd” LeJeune and Fannie Lee Hebert LeJeune.  After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree, Terry worked for Shell Oil as an I & E tech for the past 27 years.  He has lived in the community his entire life.

He enjoyed the outdoors, whether hunting or fishing, and  he enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and friends.  His beloved son, Jace, was not only his son, but a very special friend to his dad, their time spent together, every minute, was so precious to Terry.  The moments Jace and his dad shared will be with Jace forever.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Jennifer Gary LeJeune; son, Jace LeJeune; two sisters, Gloria J. (Robert) Touchet of Crosby, Texas, and JoAnn (Bob) Bryant of Baytown, Texas; one brother, Nathan C. “Rabbit” (Debora) LeJeune of Hathaway; father-in-law, Merlin Gary of Evangeline; numerous nieces and nephews, and his godchildren, Garrett LeJeune, Tristen Gary and Hunter Britt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Henry James LeJeune, and his dear mother-in-law, Dolores Gary.
