A Westlake man will service 17 years behind bars on a child pornography charge.

Bryan Anthony Foote, 50, sentenced today by U.S. District Judge James D. Cain, Jr. to 204 months in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, on a child pornography charge.

Foote pleaded guilty to a Bill of Information charging him with one count of receipt of child pornography on Aug. 17, 2023.

During the months of February and March 2022, agents with the FBI learned through their investigation that Foote had received multiple images of minor females, all under the age of 18 years old, engaging in sexually explicit conduct. These images were sexually suggestive and had been exchanged for sexual gratification for both the sender and receiver.
