Tammy Rena Guillot, 59, of Sulphur, passed away at her home on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023. Tammy liked to do crafts and watch shows about traveling and aspired one day to take a trip to the east coast. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary Post # 9854 since 1992. Tammy was a people pleaser and showed that by taking care of those in need and visiting the sick. She loved her puppy. Tammy was very strong in the face of adversity. She loved her son and grandson more than anything else. She never missed anything that Maddox was a part of. Tammy was very proud of Maddox’s accomplishments in the band and looked forward to watching him continue to grow up. She was a great mom to Johnathan, always encouraging and would do anything for him.
Those left to cherish Tammy’s memory are her son, Johnathan Montie; grandson, Maddox Montie; mother, Drucilla Foreman; sisters, Alisha Meija and family, Debra Waites and family; brother, Jason Royer and former spouse and friend James Montie.
Tammy is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Royer; paternal grandparents, Paul and Hazel Royer; maternal grandparents, Jesse and Electa McClelland.
Services for Tammy will be held on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
