Lake Charles Police are on the lookout for a suspect involved in a pedestrian hit-and-run at the intersection of Common and 15th streets.

Lt. Brenda Treadway said the car — possible a Toyota Corolla that is blue in color — hit the pedestrian at about 11 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. She said the car may have potential damage to the right front side.

The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital and remains there with serious bodily injury.
