Kevin Ramon Smith, 61, 2031 4th St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $25,000.

Tiffany Rachae Guidry, 46, 3110 Angela Loop, Sulphur — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession. Bond: $5,500.

Richard Arlen Williams, 64, 202 Noma Lane, Westlake — domestic abuse battery.

Trentston Edward Semien, 17, Beaumont, Texas — armed robbery-use of a firearm, additional penalty; armed robbery.
