10/18: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Gary Paul Coleman, 43, homeless — simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; illegal carrying of weapons-possession, custody or use of any tools customarily used by thieves or burglars; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order prohibited; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $79,500.

Stephanie Marie Guidry, 38, 899 Hampton Ave. — direct contempt of court; drug possession; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; illegal carrying of weapons-possession, custody or use of any tools customarily used by thieves or burglars; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $50,500.

Eric Javon Payne, 28, 1720 E. Burton St. 1/2, Sulphur — attempted second-degree murder; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments-committing a crime of violence or CDS violation. Bond: $250,000.

Staffan Ray Burton, 34, 111 Boise St., DeQuincy — domestic abuse battery; aggravated battery.

Samuel Olivarez II, 29, Houston — residential contractor fraud $25,000 or more. Bond: $40,000.

Darel Jay Ledoux, 42, 2825 3rd St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; obstruction of justice; domestic abuse battery. Bond: $8,500.

Joshua Brett Alex, 33, 2810 Eva Lane — assault by drive-by shooting; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $325,000.

Krystin Paige Deshotel, 34, 1644 Ira Breaux Road — simple burglary; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order prohibited; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited. Bond: $23,500.

Gayle Dean Zunkel, 61, 8559 Gulf Highway No. 549 — violations of protective orders; resisting a police officer with force or violence; domestic abuse battery.
