JENNINGS — A disturbance between a father and son at a residence on North Frontage Road on Saturday lead to the arrest of a Jennings man.
When sheriff deputies arrived at the residence, they saw two men arguing aggressively and yelling at each other, according to Chief Deputy Chris Ivey.
Deputies separated the two men and questioned them about the altercation, he said.
The two men, who deputies say were a father and son, were arguing over a broken cell phone and not working together. The son is also accused of kicking his father’s vehicle causing damage to the fender, windshield and headlight.
Troy Joseph Doucet, 27, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant and simple criminal damage to property.
