Herbert William Juiar Parker, 27, 2011 Evans St. — pedestrians on highways or interstate highways; flight from an officer; three counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited; obstruction of justice. Bond: $11,100.

Clifton Davis Young, 44, 4312 Essex Drive — domestic abuse aggravated assault; disturbing the peace.

Billy Wayne Myers, 49, 609 Alamo St. ‚ illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,00; direct contempt of court. Bond: $12,500.

Malcolm Scott Guillory III, 26, 1607 N. Simmons St. — possession of cocaine; criminal trespass; drug possession.

Kenneth Shane Fontenot, 48, 109 Angus Drive, Ragley — domestic abuse battery.

Ala Pamela Pickney, 28, Garland, Texas —organized retail theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

Maude April Collins, 28, 935 You Winn Road, Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

William Logan Hamilton, 30, 4220 Maidstone Drive — domestic abuse battery; resisting a police officer with force or violence.

Travis Tavarus Holcombe, 39, 3202 Power Centre Parkway No. 122 — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Amanda Kaye Billiot, 27, Montegut — identity theft $1,000 or more; bank fraud; forgery. Bond: $14,000.

Dominick Stevens, 43, 1116 Pear St. — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses; creation or operation of a clandestine laboratory. Bond: $3,710,500.

Michael Gerald Lubin, 47, 1703 N. Grace St. — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; direct contempt of court.

Gavin Luke Fontenot, 19, 1048 North Berryvine Lane, Moss Bluff — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $12,500.

Evan Jamaar Lambert, 36, 1504 Sage Drive — operating while intoxicated, third offense; driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $35,200.

Corey Lynn Benoit, 29, 6622 River Road — battery of a dating partner, first offense.

Rodney Paul Mcinnis, 58, 1505 Christie Drive, Sulphur — theft less than $1,000; criminal damage to coin-operating devices; two counts direct contempt of court; domestic abuse battery.
