Funeral services for Garland McInnis, 86 of Lake Charles, La., will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023 in the Cold Springs Baptist Church in Anacoco with The Rev. Rickey Roberson and Andrew Simms officiating.  Burial will follow in the McInnis Cemetery in Anacoco under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 10th from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years: Margie McInnis of Lake Charles, La.; daughters: Shaunda McInnis of Sulphur, La., Stephanie McInnis Richardson of Jennings, La.; sisters: June Antony of Georgia, Macel Howard of Kurthwood, La., Elwyn Bean of Georgia; grandchildren: Meredith Deters, Elizabeth Ardoin Huwe & husband Jerry Huwe, Brett Deters & wife Allison Bass Deters, Jenna Richardson, Jolie Richardson; great-grandchildren: Jackson, Carlea, Brycen, Harper and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
