The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Ayanna Latice Smith, 26, Houston — theft less than $1,000; domestic abuse battery.

Eugene King III, 29, 902 Taylor St., Sulphur — stalking.

Virginia Kate Johnson, 27, 1512 Clover Drive — direct contempt of court; two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Bradley Vassal, 44, 1309 Meadow St. — two counts direct contempt of court; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Ricky Dudley Smith, 52, 1119 U.S. 90 East, Vinton — two counts failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.
