The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Clayton Daniel McClelland, 43, 2529 Carlo Henry Road — six counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $150,500.

David Jordan Hoffpauir, 32, 17282 Abell Road, Welsh — stalking.

Joseph Marcus Citizen, 46, 600 Ryan St. No. 227 — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $250,000.

Glenn Bellard Jr., 34, 4445 Gordon Woods Drive — aggravated assault with a firearm; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; wearing masks or hoods in public places prohibited. Bond: $72,500.

Wilton Joseph Allen, 43, 4024 Harvard St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; monetary instrument abuse.

Gilberto Olvera, 51, 114 Sheridan St. — felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile; sexual battery. Bond: $500,000.

Kimberly Denise Celestine, 44, 408 N. Lyons St. — aggravated battery; domestic abuse battery.

Gloria Marie Istre, 55, 5268 L A Little Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse aggravated assault; direct contempt of court.

Coley Blake Deason, 35, 2249 Big Woods-Edgerly Road, Vinton — aggravated flight from an officer; reckless operation; vehicle license required; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $41,700.

Marvin Jay Bartie, 38, 1006 18th St. — domestic abuse battery.

Jonathan Lamar King, 31, 4141 Benoit Lane — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Jaderic Shane Johnson, 23, 2110 Martha St. — battery of a dating partner, strangulation; criminal conspiracy; theft less than $1,000; identity theft less than $300.

Averell Shamore Stewart, 23, Pineville — two counts aggravated battery.
