Pamela LeBlanc was born July 8, 1968 in Lake Charles, La. the second of four children born to Elvina and Hilary Daigle.
Pamela treasured the simple things in life; devotion to faith, appreciation of family, and the enjoyment of life. Southwest Louisiana has always been her home, a tomboy by nature she was always found outside playing with her animals.
It was by fate and a little bit of luck, Jerry found his forever love. It was while visiting a friend they went to the VFW, he knew from the moment he saw her she was the one, only roadblock being; he lost her number! Leaving him heart broken, he only knew her name and by sheer luck his mother knew just where to find her and it was next door in the public library where she worked.
They exchanged vows on Feb. 13, 1981, and together they welcomed three children; Joshua, Jeramy, and Polly. She was a devoted wife and mother who taught her children the value of hard work and strong faith. To her family she was their best friend, caregiver, mentor, and cheerleader, even when times were tough, she remained the pillar her family needed. When Jerry was involved in a motorcycle accident, she did not hesitate to do what was needed. She diligently cared for him, then returned to the work force to help carry them as he recuperated. She began working as a customer service attendant at L’auberge then Delta Downs Casino, and together she and Jerry built their forever home. Together with their family they made memories they will forever cherish and with each new spring blossom of plants will serve as a reminder, she is always there.
She was welcomed into Heaven Wednesday, April 19, 2023 by her father, Hilary Daigle; nephew and wife, Michael and Whitney Chapman; mother and father-in-law, Bernadine and Chester LeBlanc; brother in-laws, Leonard Ray LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc, and John E. Miller.
Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband and best friend, Jerry Ashton LeBlanc; children, Joshua (Denys) LeBlanc, Jeramy (Hali) LeBlanc, Polly (Brandon) O’Bannon; grandchildren, Keegan Wade, Kayti, Harlis, Ryli, Caden; great-grandchildren, Denim Wyatt and one on the way; mother, Elvina Daigle; two brothers, Kurt Daigle and Troy Daigle; one sister, Melissa (Sherwin) Chapman; sisters in-love, Vicki Millet and Saundra Spears; close frineds, Jenny and Cindy; and their beloved boxer dog, Luke.
