The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Tamra Lea Kinder, 29, 3246 Burson Road — theft less than $1,000; identity theft less than $300.

Jamirick Geraud Edwards, 24, 802 Dewey St., Westlake — second-degree battery.

Shayne Lonon Walton, 46, Houston — three counts drug possession; two counts possession of marijuana; resisting an officer. Bond: $153,500.

Charles Edward Ellis Jr., 39, 5834 Eastern Drive — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited. Bond: $15,500.

Joseph Alfred Matthews, 32, 1316 Cathy St. — domestic abuse battery.
