The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jonas Lee Meche Sr., 61, Breaux Bridge — two counts aggravated crime against nature. Bond: $1.25 million.

Josiah Jamar Jackson, 28, 1401 Sage Drive — drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17. Bond: $97,500.

Ashley Antoinette Thomas, 36, 518 Gelpi Drive — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; forgery. Bond: $20,000.

Brent Michael Barrow, 38, 33 Horseshoe Lane, Sulphur — second-degree kidnapping; domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Gwendelyn Annette Washington, 52, 308 W. School St. — aggravated second-degree battery. Bond: $55,000.

Ashley Nicole Smith, 39, 4151 U.S. 90 West, Vinton — aggravated battery.

Mark Nelson Robles, 43, 2714 Dosite Broussard Road, Sulphur — drug possession; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
