SULPHUR — A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 10 a.m. in St. Paul Catholic Church in Brandon, Miss., for Terri Lee McMurray, age 64, who passed away peacefully at The Carpenter House on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, in Lafayette, La.
Father Gerry Hurley of St. Paul Catholic Church will officiate.
Terri Lee McMurray was born on March 12, 1958, in Lake Charles, La., and she was a resident of Sulphur, La.
Her love for her mother as well as for her animals were just two of her qualities that she will be remembered for. She was very proud of her Doberman, Luke, a true and loyal companion. Terri will be dearly missed.
Terri is survived by her mother, Hazel McMurray of Ridgeland, Miss.; her siblings, Linda Faye Breaux (Glen) of Lafayette, La., Luena Gail McMurray of Woodlands, Texas, and Barbara Ann Merrell (John) of Madison, Miss.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Theran Spencer McMurray.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in memory of Terri Lee McMurray to an animal rescue shelter of your choice.
