Letell Frank, 84, was born Sept. 23, 1938, in Washington, La., to the late Dallas and Elzina Joubert Frank. He departed this life Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, in a local hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories, four sisters, May Blaney, Mary Littlejohn, Rose (James) Green, and Peggy Anthony; one brother, Stafford (Velma) Frank; one brother-in-law, Charles Herbert; and a host of other relatives and friends. His visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, from 9 a.m. with his funeral following at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Sulphur. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
