Alisha Ann Radford

Alisha Ann Radford, born in Lake Charles, La., and resident of Monroe, La., born on Aug. 30, 1977, and passed away on Dec. 1, 2022, at the age of 45. Alisha attended A.M. Barbe high school in Lake Charles and Baton Rouge Community College. She worked at Acadiana Care and Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. She will be remembered by all who knew her for her infectious laugh and her sense of humor. She loved going to the beach, traveling, and had a deep love for animals, especially Welsh Corgis.Her beautiful smile lit up any room and brought joy to all who saw it. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Alisha lived life fiercely, and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by son, Cameron Gilley-Cuniff of Westlake, La.; father, John “Beau” Radford and stepmother Valerie; mother, Linda Tatum Bailey and stepfather John of Many, La.; brother, John Alexander Radford of Shreveport, La.; cousin, Leah McCulloch of Meadowlakes, Texas; and many other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and friends. Alisha was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Helen and Willard Radford; maternal grandparents, Mae and Jack Tatum; brother, Jason William Radford; former husband, Master Trooper Adam Gaubert.
A memorial service to celebrate Alisha’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Alisha’s honor to ASPCA or the Louisiana State Troopers Association. Arrangements have been entrusted with Church Funeral Services of St. Amant, La.
