Lawrence “Black” Ardoin was born Nov. 17, 1946 to the union of Alphonse “Boisec” and Marceline Victorian Ardoin in Duralde, La. He departed this life on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022 surrounded by his family. Visitation will be on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. followed by Funeral at 4 p.m. at Christian World Church at 2001 E. Gautier Road. Internment and Military Honors will be Monday, Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. in SWLA Veterans Cemetery.
