Priscilla “P.A.” Ann Doughty

Priscilla Ann (“PA”) Gaines Doughty, 82, of Westlake, left a loving mark on all the lives she touched. PA was born to Livingston Davis Gaines and Jane Elizabeth Munson on Aug. 9, 1939, in Opelousas, La.
She is survived by her son Joe Harmon Byrd Jr. (Leann), two grandchildren Austin and Caroline, great-grandchild Zellie; her sister, Linda Poss (David); and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will welcome relatives and friends on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake beginning at 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at St. John Bosco Catholic Church beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will be immediately following at Magnolia Cemetery of Westlake.
