The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jacqueline Joyce Garlow, 62, 2010 4th St. — six counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, fist offense (14 grams or less); sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; obstruction of justice; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $126,500.

Tyrek Andre Dillon, 23, 1045 Walters St. — operating while intoxicated, first offense; drug possession; driver must be licensed; evidence of motor vehicle security contained in vehicle; careless operation; expired plate. Bond: $8,300.

Toni Michelle Sweat, 43, 130 Scales Road, Starks — drug possession. Bond: $25,000.

Kathy Lynn Williams-Manganiello, 23, Pompano Beach, Fla. — tail lamps; penalties for stop and yield sign violations; further limitations on passing on the left; flight from an officer; drug possession; theft of a motor vehicle; turning movements and required signals. Bond: $24,400.

Jerome Curtis Goodley, 59, 2717 Mary St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, first offense. Bond: $30,000.

Meghan Elise Rogers, 31, 1859 Bass Run Lane — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); three counts drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription. Bond: $6,000.

Chad Edward Deming, 43, 3104 W. Prien Lake Road — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, failure to pay annual registration fee. Bond: $41,000.

Justin Derek Leger, 27, 5859 Tom Hebert Road — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple escape; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $27,000.

Joshua Jamal Fontenot, 29, 220 N. Booker St. — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; stalking; two counts direct contempt of court.

Eduardo Reyna, 37, Houston — two counts drug possession; operating vehicle while license is suspended.

Guadalupe Jessie Montes, 50, Katy, Texas — theft from $25,000 or more. Bond: $15,000.

Juan Luis Baron, 46, Dallas — residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000 theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $40,000.

Alicia Renee Fusilier, 32, 912 8th Ave. — domestic abuse battery.

Dennis Ray Yellott, 47, 175 3rd St., Singer — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; tail lamps; operating vehicle while license is suspended.
